In the midst of holiday prep, daily life, taking care of my pup, and all while recovering my spinal fusion in October — I have been so lucky to have these machines at home to build up my body and ease my mind. Unable to do much lifting, my Nordic Track rower and bike keep me sane while the world around us is constantly throwing new challenges at us.
