Mark Duplass Instagram – I tried to be as open and honest as I could be. It’s not perfect, and it’s not everything, but it’s a good summation of my mental health journey so far. And some of the tools I’ve developed to cope. And how they sometimes work and sometimes don’t. And how this will likely be with me on and off for the rest of my life. And how I’m learning to accept that and maybe even see some silver linings on the good days.
