Mark Wright Instagram – Crispy, Parmesan Cauliflower with a Tortilla Crumb. Unreal🔥.
Ingredients: (you can adapt this to suit the size of your cauliflower and how much you want to make but the below is based on half of a large cauliflower).
– Half a large cauliflower
– Half a cup of grated parmesan
– 2 eggs, whisked
– Handful of salted tortilla chips
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp paprika
– Salt
– Pepper
– 1 tbsp mayo
– 1 tsp hot sauce
Method:
1. Prepare for cauliflower by taking off the leaves, then using a sharp knife cut in half and removing the hard stalk. You’ll be able to easily break the florets into bite size pieces with your hands. Wash then set aside.
2. Whizz your tortilla chips in a blender until crumb like, then add to a small bowl with your spices, salt and pepper.
3. In a second separate bowl whisk your eggs and in a third add your finely grated parmesan
4. Dip each floret into your egg mixture, then the tortilla crumb and finally the parmesan.
5. Air Fry for 15 minutes (turning every 5), meanwhile mix a tablespoon of mayo with some hot sauce for the best dipping sauce! | Posted on 05/Jan/2024 00:51:06
