Stiff bar, and weight’s moving smooth. Right where I need to be. Deadlifts are continuing to feel the best on my hips since 2018! 🙌 Couldn’t be more grateful. My guess? Continuing working the little stuff I’ve learned from @physicaltherapySanPedro , @squatuniversity and also practicing Jiu Jitsu regularly with @torsehouse , as my hips are being trained in ways I could never mimic in a gym setting. @sbdapparel

Second year, second WORLD’S STRONGEST NATION! Only this time, the Gold will come home to us in The USA 🇺🇸 !! Incredibly proud of our team for pulling through on this absolute nail-biter of a competition! The UK were phenomenal and we had to give it everything we had to wrap up the show and take the win. I’m sure they will be sharper than ever next year, so we will also need to dig down deeper to raise our game for yet another victory 💪 Lastly, huge thank you to @giantslive for putting together the BEST series of shows that exist on the planet and leading the charge in growing our beloved sport!
This stone lifting has me DRAINED leading to the @arnoldsports Strongman Classic, but luckily @reignbodyfuel keeps me going when that tank is low. Very happy 290lbs (132kg) moving confidently now, for up to 5 smooth repetitions 😈 Followed that up with the competition stone medley at contest weight 💪 Feeling strong! – Now to finally deload and prep for my last heavy push of my training 👊

For our most Recent Strength Unknown Video (out now!!) @Pimsleur made a World of difference. Over the past year, I’ve taken my Japanese learning into high gear… I’d be lying if I were to say it’s not broken and the grammar still kicks my butt, but what I have gained from @pimsleur has been leagues beyond any schooling or tutoring I’ve taken for any other language! It’s to the point, I have been able to have countless conversations and connect to the people in Japan on a deeper level. I’m grateful I took on this language-study journey, it’s been incredibly rewarding, and I’ll keep going until I’m fluent!

This year has been a MONSTER in terms of travel for our Strength Unknown series! I’ve never been able to get good sleep on planes… and I kid you not (guys I’m not even getting paid for this video.
