Martins Licis Instagram – What a year! Strength is coming back like a storm! 🤞 Please keep going in this direction ya ol’ tugboat of wonders 💪 amongst squats and other secret heavy drills I’m doing for my events, things are coming along great. 385lb stone shoulder alternations for core strength, 920lb frame carry, and an 855lb eccentric to block pull deadlift. And all feeling fantastic. At this point, just gotta maintain and keep it pain free while eliminating weaknesses. Thank you @sbdapparel @sbd.usa for keeping me supported through these heavy sessions. Almost time for the battle of gravity, and I’m happy for it.
