Martyn Ford Instagram – SAVE & TRY this workout for an INCREDIBLE all over blast. Great for Explosive strength, Fat loss, conditioning and endurance. I run these 2 circuits back to back, with a 60 second rest in between, and I aim for 4-6 working sets. This is not all I do in the session, but adding this into your plan will definitely help spice things up, It really depends on your goals to what else you add to these exercises to complete your session.
