Matthew Hussey Instagram – I believe it’s so important to stop for a moment before we begin a New Year and take stock of the progress we made in the last year. (Whatever form it’s taken.)This is one of the ways I try to start a new year from a place of abundance instead of deficit. Abundance is “look how far I’ve already come”, deficit is “look how much I have to do”. Start from a place of confidence of connecting with what’s already been achieved/what you’ve learned/what you’re proud of yourself for. Here’s to a peaceful and connected start to 2024!
