I was trying to do pull-ups, but my shoulder was bothering me due to an old boxing injury. I got upset and frustrated. It really bothered me that this injury was stopping me from doing certain exercises I wanted to do. The quote you see above is what she said to me. “There’s far too much you can do to worry about what you can’t do.” She meant it in the context of the gym that day, but it is true to life in general. We can become fixated on our limitations in life - on the things we CAN’T do. But what we can’t do makes us lose sight of all the things we can do. The truth is, even if we had TEN lifetimes available to us, we still couldn’t achieve all the things that are possible for us achieve. Even with massive limitations, there isn’t enough time to do all that life has to offer. Life is far too short to worry about what we can’t do. If one option just got taken away from you, that has simply freed up space for you to go and explore the 1000 other options that you didn’t have time for before. Forget what you can’t do today. Focus on what you can.

Matthew Hussey Instagram – It’s a dating mystery: Why would someone invest in dating you and then walk away?

They take you on a romantic trip, buy you an amazing gift, or tell you they’re falling for you . . . right before breaking up with you? What were they thinking?!

In this week’s brand new video we’ll dive into this confusing (and heartbreaking) behavior and talk about how to handle it. Watch the full video on my YouTube channel or head over to MatthewHussey.com/blog to watch it.
Matthew Hussey Instagram – A few months ago, my team and I put on our 2023 Live Retreat in Florida, and I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to everyone who contributed to making it our most magical event yet.

It takes incredible courage to dedicate an entire week to personal growth. So to all the 2023 Retreat alumni, thank you for bravely facing life’s toughest challenges. We truly appreciate the trust you placed in us.

The Retreat has always been the most powerful work that my team and I do. Over 6 days of immersive coaching and unforgettable experiences, our goal is to create the perfect environment for discovering and creating your best self.

But beyond that, it provides a safe space for vulnerability, where deep healing and lasting change can occur.

My entire team and I were so inspired by the camaraderie and support shown by everybody toward this new global tribe. It was so beautiful to watch.

I had members of my team experiencing the Retreat for the first time who—it’s no exaggeration to say—were blown away by the bravery in that room.

Getting to connect with this community in person is the highlight of my year and gives me a profound sense of purpose. It reaffirms my dedication to showing up for you in everything I do, and I look forward to more of you experiencing it the next time around.

For information on the 2024 experience, visit MHRetreat.com, but in the meantime, to my team and everyone who joined us this time, I’d just like to say thank you.
