Sam Ryder Instagram – I was reminded this morning of a time, a little over 3 years ago, when I entered a battle of the bands to win a spot opening locally for @teddysphotos – I came second (lol), but last night I found myself at the Emmys @televisionacad nominated in the same category as not only him, but 4 other incredible teams (with another 2nd place ✌️) Success is relative though, and it can become all too easy to measure it against our desires rather than past experiences, so I’m just taking this moment to pause and say – to us, every day we get to be in this arena, is considered winning. Thank you to the entire Ted Lasso team, for your warmth, kindness, and above all reminding us that it’s better to have fought and lost than never fought at all. BELIEVE 💛
