Tobin Bell Instagram – My cover of Bob Dylan’s “I Shall Be Released”. Dylan appreciates life by understanding the plight of others. He wrote this song in 1967, but it wasn’t recorded until The Band included it on their groundbreaking 1968 album “Music From Big Pink”. The original vocal is by the amazing Richard Manuel.
