Tony Hawk Instagram – NYC, 1989: we had no days off during the summer Bones Brigade tour but we wanted to visit NYC because none of us had been there before. We drove the tour van from Long Island that morning, parked in the Bowery, made our way to CBGB’s, bought some shirts and got back on the road in time for our demo that afternoon (probably in NJ or PA). Thank you @tsherms for documenting these magical days; they feel like a different lifetime. New York City
