Last month I took my mom for a trip to Kerala with @highontripsbyrg to help her tick off a dream from her bucket-list and needless to say this has to be a core memory moment for me✨
This was the first time my mom and I travelled together just the 2 of us and it was an absolute blast! We-
🏝explored the breathtaking beaches of Varkala
⛵️stayed on a luxurious houseboat in Aleppey (the bucket-list item)
🌿 picked tea leaves from the tea gardens in Vagamon
🛶 kayaked through the beautiful mangroves
🪔 immersed in the deep-rooted culture
We laughed together and faced challenges as well that got us closer and made our bond stronger than ever reaching a whole new level of connection and understanding.
I urge each one of you to spend time with your mom, dad, siblings.. one on one. Even if you can’t go for a trip with them… at least go for a meal, or a small activity, or a movie – just anything to spend time one on one and trust me, you’ll cherish it forever.
