Aimee La Joie Instagram – WE. ARE. HOME. This has been the worst week of my life (and I’m sure for Lydia as well) We are still going to have regular check-ups, including tomorrow, and were sent home with a whole pharmacy. We are unbelievably happy and so grateful to the amazing team at Veterinary Specialty Hospital San Diego, and to everyone who donated to her care. Whether your donation was big or small, they each meant the world to us and helped us out immensely. We still don’t know what caused all of this. Hopefully we will have some answers when her biopsy comes back. I encourage pet owners with eligible dogs and cats to look into becoming blood donors. It’s what got her through this week.
