When I pulled myself up all on my own and became the #pheonixrising I realized I’m nothing like who everyone remembers me to be. I don’t resemble anything I ever thought of myself during those darkest of times. I’m a totally different human with every cell of my makeup reborn. I created exactly who I believed I was supposed to be and completely shed all the projections everyone else ever put on me. I feel so free and so alive.
