Ana Gasteyer Instagram – REPOST • @officialseptemberldavis What an honor to celebrate theater stalwart, Pam Goldberg’s 80th last night. I have tread the boards with Pam, many times, most notably in a production of ‘Woman of the Year’ that many consider to be the most innovative of all time. (Set in offices of YouToob) (Hartford) I took the opportunity of her surprise party to clear the air from the time I thought she had been upstaging me during that production. It was a performance at which I had several VIPs in audience (Hal Prince etc) but – it turns out – she had had a small stroke about which I was unaware, but which did make sense in retrospect, as there had been distracting sirens during “I Wrote The Book”. Of course, she was back at it the next day, so I had no idea. Ever the Pro. Anyway, it felt great to make amends and we had a wonderful night last night, laughing and connecting over our shared respect for safety measures in the Theatre.
