Life can toss us around. Even beat us up. What do we do with that? Be bitter or give up? I find my refuge, hope, peace in the Lord. Don’t get me wrong, it can be a struggle, as my soul aches or is angry or frustrated. But I try to quiet my mind and focus on Him and His love for us and His comfort. And eventually I find courage & calm, knowing we are created with great purpose. That includes you.
