Bella Heathcote Instagram – About 15 years ago I went to a meditation retreat, had a panic attack and left. I thought ‘meditation’s for other people but it’s not for me.’ 10 years ago I asked my friend @ashleyhart what her secret was (she radiates vitality) and she said it was Vedic meditation. @jeffkobermeditation taught me how in December 2013 and I’ve never looked back since. It may sound hyperbolic to say it saved my life but I reckon it might’ve 💓
