Bethany Hamilton Instagram – No one is fearless. If we expect ourselves to never feel fear, we will no doubt come up short. 🙅🏻‍♀️ Our tendency as humans is to have fears. That’s why I believe we need God and His grace on our lives. He carries us through those moments where we have fears and doubts. He’s constantly trying to remind us that He already overcame. 🙌🏼 “I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.” John 16:33 This is my fav bible verse because its reminds me that there is a God who has conquered it all, we can live each day with a greater hope and peace… Check out this quote: “If the fear of failure wins, we may never surprise ourselves.” I could have been so scared of sharks, of being in the ocean and of surfing. I could have let my biggest fear of all – that I wouldn’t be able to surf again – stop me in my tracks. Instead I was willing to try, to put myself out there and to potentially fail. I’m not unique in this way though, you have the same capability to push past fear and do the hard things anyways!!! You could potentially surprise yourself.
