2023 • lessons learned
this year was a year of self discovery, life learning, and questioning e v e r y t h i n g. So much change, so much love, so much loss, so many memories, and so so much learning of self
if you know me, you know i LOVE any reason to self-improve and self-reflect ♡ so new years eve is always one of my favorite days of the year. it’s the day we all come together and reflect on the year, to check in with yourself and see what works for you, and what doesn’t (in the best way)
the biggest takeaway i’ve had from this past year, is to be kind to yourself 🪽 trust yourself, and your intuitions. always lead from a place of love, and be genuine in your actions. follow your passions, and find value in your hobbies. and SELF CARE! whether it be journaling, painting, long walks, face masks, sunshine, whatever you need, make the time for it ♡ it’ll make all the difference in the world
