Condoleezza Rice Instagram – It’s the end of an era for @stanfordfball as David Shaw announced his final season with us. Once a player himself whose father also coached here, he is Stanford through and through. His record and accomplishments will stand the test of time, and the legacy he leaves will live on through the many lives he touched. A man of tremendous integrity and dignity, football was the vehicle he used to teach generations of young men what really matters — both on and off the field.
We will find a coach with integrity in these challenging times for intercollegiate sports, but we will never find a replacement.
