The two week mark is where things get tricky with New Year’s resolutions.
The problem is that we often set out to make changes to our habits and life without any guidance or support. Once that 2 week mark hits and we realize we didn’t stick to our goals, we feel like we failed.

That feeling stinks. We had an expectation for the year and it crumbled…or so we thought. đź’
It’s not too late to pick yourself up, and take the necessary steps towards your goals. The time is now. Maybe don’t set a resolution or a high expectation, pick a theme word. Maybe your theme is health. Maybe it is connection. Maybe it is intentionality.
You choose a word because it’ll help you track and measure your progress against a bigger vision. There’s no failure involved…only progress.
