1️⃣ Safety first⛑:
👉Start withUse a fresh packet of sterile needles 🪡 with Dr. Pen Microneedling tool.
It’s easy to use, just click the cartridge and start.
👉If you’re using a derma roller, clean the roller with hot water💦and 99% alcohol spray after each use. To reuse, prep skin with an alcohol wipe, respray device with alcohol, let it dry, and roll gently.
2️⃣ Start small 🤏🏼:
👉Dial device to 0.25mm depth initially, and gradually increase ⬆️ depth over time, depending on the thickness of the specific treatment area’s skin.
For example, your forehead has less “meat” (thickness) than your cheek, so don’t go as deep. 😉
3️⃣ Don’t overdo it🥵:
👉Give your skin time to heal and collagen to be restructured before you repeat your treatment. Repeat the treatment in the same place no more than every 4 to 6 weeks.
👉Whether you achieve your microneedling through a stamp, derma roller, or the Dr. pen micro-needling device, there is no doubt that micro-needling is a game changer when performed consistently every 4-6 weeks.
