We finally finally got the opportunity to gather our Nyad family to celebrate our incomparable leading actress – the one and only Annette Bening. Thank you @telluridefilmfest and the cinema champion driving force behind the telluride film festival Julie Huntsinger for recognizing Annette’s remarkable career as an actor with the festival’s golden medallion tribute award. Jody Foster was hilarious and on point interviewing Annette in front of a rapt audience and Annette’s clip reel surveying her 30 year plus career was astonishing. From the grifters, to Mars Attack, American Beauty and beyond I am reminded moment after moment again of just how lucky we were that Annette chose to partner with us on @nyadmovie And yes @megryan was there to give Annette the award!
