Eve Torres Instagram – One of the most significant choices this year was to have my breast implants removed, and taking steps to address my stress, auto immune, digestive, and skin issues. I had inclinations that they could be related to my implants, and more than 6 months later, although recovery was anything but easy, I couldn’t be happier with my choice. While many of my symptoms weren’t “measurable” my psoriasis was one that was clearly visible from the outside. After 10 years of persistent flare ups which had never naturally resolved, my psoriasis scarred over within 4 months of surgery.
I have had no digestive flare-ups since my surgery, and I feel like my body is on my side. Everyone’s story is different, but I’m glad my story went this way.
This was a major step in the right direction, but needed to be followed up with other proactive health choices. I’ve been doing cold immersion and sauna about 4x a week, and since I can’t use technology during these times, it has also forced some needed time for breathing and just staying still.
There are tons of other missteps and habits that need breaking and building, but I’m proud of these steps I took this year for me. | Posted on 01/Jan/2024 22:35:14
