Home Actress Gemma Atkinson HD Instagram Photos and Wallpapers January 2024 Gemma Atkinson Instagram - It’s been a long time since I’ve bought into the whole “new year new you” stuff. Today was treated like any other day for me. Tbh I think a lot of the time resolutions cause more grief anyway as most people go from all the joys of Christmas to massive restrictions in Jan which they can’t keep up with long term. In “failing” that resolution it sends people even further into feeling like crap because the first goal of the year that was set, wasn’t achieved. Getting to a place of easily being able to go from both without the cravings, guilt or restrictions is SO much better. Building a lifestyle with habits of moving regularly, eating nutritious meals as well as still enjoying nights out and the occasional blow out is how I prefer to be all year round. It keeps me sane, keeps me healthy and most importantly, keeps me away from ever feeling disappointed in myself for not sticking to something that I put on myself. Goals are great to have. I set myself them a lot when training but I keep them realistic and that’s how im able to reach them ☺️ Today I did a few light warm ups (3 sets 12 reps of each) and then randomly decided to do 10 wall balls into 10 KB swings for 10 rounds. On paper it seemed easy 😂 it wasn’t! But I did it. A few F bombs and gritted teeth got me through it. Although the last round as you can see almost didn’t get done. We’re off for an Italian with the family tonight and Mia wants to watch the worst witch later. I hope you all had a Fab New Year’s Eve and a lovely day today! Bring on 2024 ✌🏻

Gemma Atkinson Instagram – Happy 70th Birthday to my beautiful Mum Sandra ❤️ 70 years of being fabulous, firm always fair and forever unknowingly funny in most things you say & do. The best Mum and Nana we could ask for. Everything I am, is because of you. And if I can be half the mum you are to Mia & Thiago, I’ll be happy God only knows what I’d be without you. Enjoy your day! We love you ♥️
