Iskra Lawrence Instagram – walking into 2024 with new energy and gratitude for another year. Last year was not what I had envisioned for many reasons but lessons were learned and my relationships were strengthened. This year the relationship I really want to get back to prioritising is the one with myself and when we talk about health it’s not about weight loss, but about finding way to take care of myself outside of just working till I’m burn out and not having enough to then give to my family. So really my words for 2024 are self devotion and balance.
