Jasmine Harman Instagram – First Zumba class of the year! What a setting! Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea as the sun came up! I really needed it, just to switch off and have an hour of me time. Getting lost in the music, moving my body, being grateful for that moment.
I’m not brilliant at taking my own advice sometimes about letting go of the sad or difficult things, about exercising to improve your mood or mental health, or being kind to yourself. But I am so glad to have found this class in Spain.
