2023 was a year of high highs and the lowest of lows. Emma kept us moving forward with joy and gratitude through every challenge that 2023 threw at us. We remember the best boy, Bear and leave behind everything that no longer serves us from this past year. I am looking to light and joy in the year ahead, continuing to work on self respect and self love with appreciation that life grants us another year full of our health and happiness. ✨

Finally made it on our first international vacation with Emma!! 🇲🇽 We LOVED @grandvelasnay for welcoming us so warmly to Puerto Vallarta.
I can’t rave enough about how fantastic this trip was for us and finding a place that is so family/ kid friendly. It can be difficult to find a place that feels like a vacation with a toddler but it was such a dream.
