Home Actress Jess Impiazzi HD Photos and Wallpapers January 2024 Jess Impiazzi Instagram - I’ve had a lot of things stripped away from me this year, future ideals, my health, work has suffered, lost a lot of my hair from Lupus, I’ve always had thick hair as you can see in these pics from a few years ago and now it’s super thin, (I’m getting some growth atm so that’s cheering me up) It’s got my thinking about life, and plans we have. We never ever know what’s around the corner, most things we have literally no control over, we can’t control how others may treat us we can’t control the economy and sometimes we loose our health through no fault of our own and yes that can be utterly shit. Somehow though I’ve managed to see how my lupus diagnosis has helped change me. I have no choice now but to put myself first for once, I have no choice but to say ‘no’ sometimes and I have to be the main person looking after myself. That can cause you to loose people but they were never meant to be there if that’s the case. Lupus has started helping me to fall back in love with myself and give myself the care I usually would exert on everyone else. It’s made me realise even more that you don’t have to look perfect all the time, it’s the inside that counts! I’ve learnt more stillness and the importance of calming my breath which helps with anxiety. There are many shit bits to being chronically ill. But I found the silver lining in mine and maybe it’s just what I needed. 🥰#lupus
