Wellness has been a huge priority in my life lately. I used to care more about how I looked than how I felt. As time goes on I realize that life is so much more beautiful when I put my mind, body and soul first. Wellness looks different to everyone, for me I want to feel good! Some of the great things I’ve been focusing on the past few months are eating nutritiously, reducing my sugar, drinking more spring water, taking the right supplements, yoga, weight training, Pilates, hikes, meditation, gratitude journaling, stretching, breathe work, loose leaf teas, sound baths, magnesium baths, prayer, alone time, reading and most importantly spending time laughing with the people I love!
