I didn’t even want to make a recap this year because I knew it would hurt so much just scrolling through my photo library and reminding me of all the things I didn’t post this year that brought so much heartache. I still made one, and yeah It hurt.. but thanks this great caput template made it easy to pick the highlights 🤪
Through the tears, it reminded me of a lot of things I overcame this year and I’m super grateful for that! Finding the joy in diving has been one of the most life changing things ever! Just a few months ago I wouldn’t even put my head under water 😂🤿
I’m also super grateful for all of you who still watch and support my content! It was a very tough year of content creation with so much traveling back and forth to the east coast, so honestly I don’t even know how I managed to make anything at all.. so thanks for watching and the brands who partnered with me this year that allowed me the flexibility to be where I needed to 🙏🏻
I was also reminded me of how much social media can be so hurtful when you aren’t in a good place. Scrolling through my feed and constantly feeling that I’m not good enough or not creating the right content doesn’t make anything better. So, if you’re ever feeling that way.. take a nice social media in a timeout and find an offline hobby!! I know this is hypocritical coming from someone whose entire job relies on it, but your mental health is more important. 🤗🧠
And to all those who have had to deal with the loss of a loved one, sending you all lots of love! 💕 I know it takes time and each day is different. Navigating this new world without my mom is truly heartbreaking and I miss her everyday. It still doesn’t feel real. Thank you for all the heartfelt messages in previous posts, you are all amazing and I have loved reading them.
