For the sacrifices, for praying for me, for the unconditional love, for riding for me, for believing in me when I find it hard to believe in myself, for instilling in me such wisdom, for leading by example in every way, for giving up you so I could live my dreams out loud and in color, for the pep talks, for getting me even when I don’t think you do, for allowing me the space to be creative and never stifling my artistry, for simply your presence – I could go on, but the point of it all is I LOVE YOU and I THANK YOU.
