Leah Lewis Instagram – We go to different places to learn more, explore the places in photographs on our computer screens, meet new kinds of people we read in books, and interrupt the rhythm of our daily lives. Somewhere halfway through a trip I’ll always ask myself, “What will it feel like when it ends?” I kind of have to push away the thought to really stay there in the pocket of the present, but I also speak to it and try to remind myself that it doesn’t have to end there. Really, we pick up so much along the way to bring back to add to our daily lives that it all lives in you, nice and snug. The experiences just add more flavor and perspective to the daily rhythm if you allow those versions of yourself to come home with you. There’s so many ways to continue honoring and embodying what you’ve enjoyed. This trip has been so beautiful so far. I love my people so much and trying new things with them. Even more so, I adore the people of Rio De Janeiro. I’m taking pieces of you home with me!! Cariocas são maravilhosos ❤️🇧🇷🏄🏻‍♀️
