Method: Shake and fine strain (all the ingredients except sparkling wine), top up with sparkling wine
Garnish: cucumber slice on the rim
Ingredients:
40ml Hendrick’s gin
15ml Simple Syrup (rich syrup 1:2)
15ml Fresh lemon juice
top up with sparkling wine 100ml
