Louise delos Reyes Instagram – Intermediate Modern French Chef @ajie_segubiense gave us a challenge this week and decided to elevate our modern french cakes, essentially turning them into mini chocolate displays 🍫 Handling chocolate has never been an easy task for me coz, one, my hands are too warm for chocolate (hence the gloves). Second, if you are a clean freak like me you will end up wiping and washing your hands excessively 😂 But believe it or not, tempering chocolate at school relaxes me.
