Madhumita Sarcar Instagram – We “shooting people” are like always living in a different world… it was 2:30 at night and we’re shooting somewhere on the streets of kolkata and just look at the energy we hold!! My DOP @auditiva.synthesia was busy making technical adjustments for a shot when I approached him with a request to let me hold the camera till we were ready to go and he without any hesitation asked our camera caretaker to let me handle it. And this is a glimpse of the kind of banter and unity we have while working. We work, tirelessly, mercilessly.. sometimes to the extent that could really take a toll on our physical health, mental health but that’s ok. We recover too! Well, every profession has its own set of perks and hazards. But I am forever grateful to have been in a profession where the sun never sets.. it never gets boring. We are never done with shooting. We never want to retire.. it still feels like I’ve just begun my journey 🤪 thank you for all the love my audience❤️ and also for the trolls from haters🫢.
