Mariam Ansari Instagram – Workout with me at 23 weeks 🤰✨

Most of my program did not change after I found out that I was pregnant, Gradually I decreased the volume and intensity of the weights I was lifting. However the workout remained the same every week and I would just make incremental changes according to how I felt on the specific day!

Always listen to your body. If it tells you to rest, just rest it out. I aimed for Atleast thrice a week because most days I would be so tired of growing a human!

Here’s a little workout to help all my mommas know what to do when they are at the gym!

2-3 sets for 10-12 reps ( go with how you’re feeling, don’t push yourself too much)
