2ヶ月前から始めたヒールダンス。
大人バレエ以外のダンス経験がなくいきなりヒールで踊っていますが、バレエで学んだ体幹、手先の動きが役に立っているような！身体の機能、柔軟性、振りの正確さなどはまだまだです。でも、カナンセ先生 @k.kanance の振りとダンスが、いつもとっても魅力的でかっこよく…✨色々な動きができるようになりたい🔥少しだけ踊れるようになってきて、楽しさを感じられているところです☺️
I started heel dancing 2 months ago.I have no dance experience other than adult ballet but suddenly started dancing in heels, I think the core and arms’s moves I learned in ballet seem to be useful! Im still in training of body functionality and flexibility. But @k.kanance instructor’s choreography and dancing are always attractive and cool! I want to learn more moves🔥.
