Nikki Garcia Instagram – What I do and wear on cold days 🥶 I kept my 2024 goal list quite short this year. I wanted to feel full achievement walking into 2025. One thing I have lost the past two years is a lot of muscle mass and the reason being is I have been protecting old wrestling injuries that keep me in a lot of chronic pain especially in my shoulders. I’ve been trying to prevent surgeries, which I have so far, mainly because I don’t want to lose one single day of holding and cuddling my baby boy! I know one day he’ll give me the heisman but that day isn’t close yet! lol So goal is to get strong again in 2024. I miss feeling super strong. Best advice I ever got from my Kiki, who’s super strong and healthy in her 90’s, was always keep your legs strong, strong legs let you enjoy and keep up with every decade of your life. Amen to that!
