Rachel Melvin Instagram – My friend @ashleyavis made an incredibly informative documentary about wild horses and we had the pleasure of attending its premiere last week. I was deeply moved and am still incredibly bothered by the information and education I received about a matter that’s kept quiet from the public. Please help expose the truth by supporting this movie in the way of watching (it’s available now on iTunes, Amazon, spectrum, and TVOS), sharing, donating and/or writing your politicians. It’s absolutely abhorrent what is going on in our country with reference to wild mustangs and it must be stopped.
I am unbelievably proud of Ashley whom I got to work with on #TheTroubleWithMistletoe a few years back. Not only is she a beautiful filmmaker, she’s using our industry and her talents to actually make a difference and a positive impact in our world and most importantly to the lives of these horses. I am both in awe and inspired by her, her hard work, and her poised restraint in dealing with people I would have lost my shit on. Please help save the horses and make this film the #BlackFish of mustangs. We are their voice.
