I specialize in women’s fitness so DM me ladies if you want to get in better shape💪🏼🙌🏼 For today’s #workoutwednesday , repeat this circuit 3x: 1) knee hike — with one knee on the ground and the other in front with the foot on the ground, press into that front foot as you stand up and hike that back knee up to your chest. Return to starting position with your back knee on the ground and repeat on that leg 8-12 times before switching to the other leg for the same number of reps. 2) lunge rear lift — start in a lunge with your front leg bent and your back leg straight. Press into that front foot as you lift your back leg up, squeezing that booty cheek. Return to starting position and repeat 10-16 times on one leg, before switching to the other side. 3) fire hydrant donkey kick — on all fours, lift one leg out to the side, keeping it bent at the knee at 90 degrees, for a fire hydrant (like a dog peeing on a fire hydrant😂). Bring that leg back to center and then lift it behind for a donkey kick. Squeeze your peach with each lift! Do 8-12 on one side before switching to the other. To make these exercises harder, try using ankle weights! Regardless, keep increasing your reps until you feel a good burn.
