Sarah Jessica Parker Instagram – To my fellow readers, I’ve been so excited to share this news.
Our fourth book from @sjplit is the phenomenal THEY DREAM IN GOLD by @mai_writes, and I’m thrilled to share a first look at the cover here.
It’s 1969 and Senegalese singer Mansour has gone missing. In his absence, the women he left behind – mother, aunt, wife, friend – lose themselves in their memories of him. Through tales that span generations and continents, from colonial West Africa on the brink of revolution to Brazil during Carnival season, the lingering questions of these women’s pasts and the truth of Mansour’s disappearance are revealed.
There’s a whole world contained within the pages of this book, and questions of motherhood, diaspora, and ambition are powerfully explored.
On sale July 30, 2024. Link to pre-order is now live in my story.
Happy reading!
