I wrote this song about the struggles of loving someone 2000 miles away after moving across the country and not being strong enough to cut things off completely. This weird limbo of phone calls and facetimes, plannings and endings, dopamine hits and depression. It felt like heaven was slowly dimming the lights on the inevitable.
