As a proud member of the Ho-Chunk Nation of Wisconsin, I wish all members of the Native American, Alaska Native, and Native Hawaiian communities a happy #NativeAmericanHeritageMonth!
This month, let’s take a moment to reflect and learn from the Native voices that have shaped our country.
I can’t represent #KS03 from behind a desk in D.C. That’s why I love our #SharicesShift program!
Today, I worked a grocery shift and spoke with Price Chopper employees and shoppers about what I’m doing to lower grocery costs for Kansans.

Today’s workout at EverFit in Shawnee was a blast, especially as so many Kansans have made living healthy a New Year’s resolution. I’m right there with them!
Kansas small businesses, including locally owned gyms, are at the heart of our community. I’ll continue standing up for them through my role on the U.S. House Small Business Committee, so they can support our economy, their families, and their employees.

The bipartisan infrastructure law is building new roads, expanding broadband access, and replacing lead pipes in #KS03.
I asked @secretarypete about what steps are being taken to make sure Kansans feel these benefits as soon as possible.
The FAA reauthorization passed the House. Now it’s the Senate’s turn.
You all know I love highlighting some of the great manufacturing facilities we have here in #KS03. This week, I got to visit Cardinal Glass Industries in Spring Hill. They produce glass used for residential windows and doors.
Investing in domestic manufacturing boosts our local economy and lowers costs!

It was a great month and a half at home, meeting with folks from all corners of #KS03!
There’s still work to do to ensure all Kansans, regardless of party, have a government that works. I’m heading back to DC to make that a reality.

“The U.S. small business boom that we’re seeing is powered by women!” – Mark Madrid, U.S. Small Business Administration Associate Director
Mark is right! That’s why I’ve introduced bipartisan legislation to boost support for local Women’s Business Centers in Kansas and across the country.
One of my top priorities this Congress is addressing the growing threat of fentanyl in our communities. David, please know that I share your concerns and am committed to working with my colleagues on both sides of the aisle in order to save lives. #RepDavidsResponds
Was great being back at Ronawk this past week! They are helping to develop the health care practices of the future. AND they’re investing in our youth by giving students on-the-job training in STEM fields.

Happy New Year! Looking forward to getting back to work for Kansans.
Two years ago today, the bipartisan infrastructure law was signed into law.
It has made getting to work and school faster and safer, improved internet access, and helped clean up our drinking water — all while creating good-paying jobs!
And we’re just getting started.
The bipartisan SERV Act will help our nation’s veterans start a business upon hanging up their uniform. Thanks, @repmarkalford, for helping to make this happen.
You heard it here first — health insurance is more affordable for folks like Gina and Dutt thanks to recent federal legislation! Don’t forget to sign up for a plan or check for more affordable options on HealthCare.gov before December 15.
