When people make fun of me for being Deaf, they’re not just targeting me; they’re mocking every single Deaf person out there. Deaf individuals have endured discrimination for how they speak, being unfairly labeled as ‘dumb,’ and even compared to animals 🙊. Take a moment to imagine what it would be like if you faced the same unjust treatment.
