Shefali Shah Instagram – I have to take you to the UDGAM of ‘THREE OF US’ the very beginning. During the lock down was a zoom call, with a very soft spoken, tentative and absolutely unassuming @avinasharundhaware (whose work I admired tremendously.) It was very simple, He narrated to me a one line and I said yes. Bas! One of the many things Avinash and me agreed on was this isn’t a sad story of loss. It’s a happy story of discovery. Then Joining us was an unimaginable, absolutely unexpected casting genius by Avinash. @jaideepahlawat as Pradeep and @swanandkirkire as Dipankar. I was thrilled, but also intrigued waiting to see how all three of us slid into their world. And with me was my family, @pallavisymons @sandhyabellarae @imraj_gupta laughing, cracking jokes, us cooking together, food, stories, memories and moments. Sometimes of madness and sometimes of absolute tranquility. I remember the first day of shoot, we had a very early morning call time. Moon’s night shift had still not ended, and the sun was still fast asleep, Driving to the location anxiety ridden I messaged Avinash… “You know what you are doing na? Coz I don’t.” And he replied “I don’t know either.” (In retrospect he more than well knew what he was doing, I mean look at what he has created.) While I was absolutely and blissfully lost and honestly that was the only way of finding Shailaja. We never trespassed the world of “THREE OF US”. But we created some memories of our own. Finally all merging one into another. Not knowing now what is more real. #ThreeOfUs
Shefali Shah Instagram – This was a new year resolution, from the new year of 1993 till 2023🙄. Finally I did start in 2023 end with @pranay_meher03 my amazing trainer. I dunno if I’ll ever be thin (thin as the world sees it) but I feel really good and honestly I really enjoy it. Try it. Take it from some one who hated exercising ❤️
