Shelly Horton Instagram – New Year’s Resolutions don’t work. But each year I have chosen a word to guide my year. Previous words like SOAR, COURAGE and MONEY, have helped set my intentions and served me well. This year I would like to make some internal changes. While I like that I am empathetic, bubbly and kind – I don’t like that I am a workaholic, control freak, perfectionist. So my word for 2024 is FLOW. I want to be in the FLOW of work, enjoying what comes in but not desperately pushing for more. FLOW when it comes to my health and the time it needs for gentle exercise and healing. Enjoy the FLOW of my business and relishing the busy times and not panicking in the slow times. Embracing the FLOW and gentler pace of living in paradise. Appreciate the FLOW of my happy home with my incredible husband and loveable furkids. And of course enjoy the FLOW of our jacuzzi! What’s your word for 2024?
