Stephanie Panisello Instagram – If you know me and we’ve talked, you know THIS is EXACTLY the information I’ve been compiling. The reason the AI portion of the new SAG Theatrical Agreement has been so divisive is because it is a HUMAN RIGHTS ISSUE.
No matter what way the vote goes this is beyond just our union to address. Which is why we need as many voters out there! Only 47.69% voted back in June… we NEED ALL NON-VOTERS out there. We need everyone to come to a consensus we feel is best for us now and in our near future.
Share this with EVERYONE you know: union, crew, non union, your friends, your family, your followers – EVERYONE! People need to know what we are fighting for and that this CAN be achieved through nuanced conversations and the public being FULLY aware!
Whether or not you feel there is enough protections in the contract is up to you. I have done an extensive amount of research focusing on purely information sources with direct links to them, that I will share soon. I’ll also share the pros the cons from negotiating committee members plus the latest AI tech and advancement consensus to date and what protections and tools we have available to us outside of the union. I am continually adding as I learn more. I am in contact with my fellow “yes, no and undecided” member voters and love and respect you all!
