The mornings are precious ..
I remember years ago I worked with a makeup artist called Charlotte.
I’d always be excited to see her face on shoots. A beautiful woman inside and out .
She always wore pretty bracelets that I’d admire as she did my makeup.
Charlotte gave me the best piece of advice when I was 24 years.
She told me every morning before she gets to work , whatever the call time was.. she would make sure that she had private time to sit on her sofa with her coffee in the morning and be in her peaceful thoughts. That was her sacred time.
I took that piece of advice on immediately .
Back then , I wasnt a meditator , I’d get up and half asleep rush to work or wherever I was going. I didn’t know what creating zen in the morning was. And didn’t realise how precious the morning time for yourself is.
The morning is how you start your day.
It’s a time for creating , manifesting , guiding your thoughts for your new day.
Charlotte loved doing hair and makeup but wanted to do something with jewellery..
Charlotte now has a super successful international killer jewellery business called @bycharlotte_
She brought her dreams into life..
