We create things in our life that serve us for a period of time and the game of life is to keep creating and manifesting and expanding to higher points of our potential before we get stuck in unconscious limiting patterns that become like riding a hamster wheel looking for the eject button..
Or we end up living a life we no longer want to be in anymore..
Change beckons us when we become depressed, anxious, angry , a deep sense of dissatisfaction..
A crying of the soul asking you to live in a greater truth of who we are..
To stop
Reflect
Enquire
Decide
And then expand ..
To do the inner work that requires great compassion of self, humility and allowance..
To be brave..
Sometimes not knowing what the next step is can cause a feeling of being lost while you wait for the map to appear..
In these times we need to meditate and listen ..
For me ..
When I want to create, rewrite , re-wire the subconscious mind I do something different ..
I get out of bed a different way, drive a different way home.
I look for a new experience to bring into my life to get unstuck and create new patterns..
I chose the sunrise.
I committed the 430 am starts. It raises my frequency but little did I know that a whole new galaxy would open up for me.
Getting my butt down here at 550 am every morning my heart started to swell with joy not just with the beauty of nature and the sunrise but the community of people down here looking and enjoying what I am ..
The walkers, runners, photographers, couples, surfers, bike riders, fisherman,swimmers, meditators, seekers, the list goes on..
I had no idea that it was pumping and heaving with other humans just like me..
A sense of community..
A shared heart space ..
A unity..
Embracing life..
Some of you know I’ve experienced many awakenings ..
I think I’m in another one right now..
A facing of things that become beautiful because your heart opens even more.
A beauty within you that starts to erupt into a greater sense of wholeness .
Of love
A chance to see things through new lenses
The constant journey back to wholeness.
